Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to anyone who visits strapslips.com or buys a Strap Slips Premium membership ("Premium"). By buying Premium you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older, and allowed to bet where you live. You're responsible for following the gambling laws that apply to you.

2. What Premium includes

Premium gives you access to our members-only Discord channels while your membership is active. That covers betting tips ("slips") for NBA, NFL and horse racing, plus the chat channels. What we post, how often we post and which sports we cover can change over time. Some days there may be no slips if we don't see value.

3. Tips are opinion, not advice

Slips are our opinion only. They are not financial advice, betting advice tailored to you, or a guarantee of any result. We are not a bookmaker and we don't take bets. You decide whether to bet, how much to stake and with whom, and you're responsible for any losses. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

4. Results

Past results don't guarantee future results. Any figures we share are in units and may not match what you get, because odds, timing and stakes differ between people and bookmakers.

5. Payments and renewals

Payments are processed by Whop. Memberships are weekly, monthly or quarterly and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are in Australian dollars. If a payment fails, your access may be paused or removed until it's paid.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your Premium role is removed. We don't give refunds for a period that has already started, except where Australian Consumer Law requires one. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Prices and promo codes

We may change prices for new members. If you stay subscribed, you keep the price you joined at. If you cancel and rejoin, you pay the price at that time. Promo codes are limited to the terms shown at checkout, can only be used once per person unless stated, and may end at any time.

8. Rules for members

Don't share, resell, screenshot for distribution or repost Premium slips outside the server. Don't harass other members, spam, or share illegal content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

9. Our content

Everything we post, including slips, analysis and the Strap Slips name and logo, belongs to us. You may use it for your own betting only.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any betting losses or any indirect loss from using Strap Slips. Where we can't exclude liability, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep your membership after a change, you accept the new terms.
